What states are available to franchise? All states are available except our Headquarter states of Kansas and Missouri.

What Is the franchise fee? From $50,000 to $100,000, depending on the population of a territory (state). (For the first 10 franchises signed, fees are reduced to $40,000 to $75,000!)

Besides the franchise fee, how much will it cost to start my franchise? We estimate from as little as $5,000, depending on your existing PI operation and equipment (if any).

What is the royalty rate? 20% Royalty. Franchisees keep 80% of all gross revenues!

Will there be a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement? Yes. Each franchisee and it’s employees will be required to sign non-compete/non-disclosure agreements.

Can I buy more than one franchise? Absolutely! In fact, we anticipate our most successful franchisees will want to capitalize on their success and expand by buying franchises in neighboring/regional states. There is no limit on the number of franchises you can own!

Can I do other PI work outside the insurance fraud arena? Yes, but not under the Blue Eagle franchise.

Will I be able to work in states outside of my franchise state? Only with written permission from Blue Eagle HQ.

Where and when will I receive training? Initial training will take place at Blue Eagle HQ in Kansas City immediately upon entering into a franchise agreement. The length and scope of the training will be determined by your needs.

Do you help with marketing the franchise? Yes! We will guide you through the marketing process and assist you, as needed, in your marketing plans and goals.

What support will I get after the initial training? As much as you need! Your success means more success for Blue Eagle HQ and other franchises – we want and need you to be successful to promote Blue Eagle’s national brand.

What is the initial term? Each franchisee will have an initial 10 year term, which is renewable.

Will there be required benchmarks? Yes. Each franchise must meet monthly marketing benchmarks.

How much can I earn? The sky is the limit in this multi-billion dollar market. Blue Eagle provides access to this market, and you provide the skill and results to earn the revenue!

Is there existing revenue stream in all states? Blue Eagle has existing revenue streams in most states, and all future revenue will immediately transfer to the franchisee.
